One of the most critical elements, when you’re creating a brand, is the message. To establish a crystal clear brand message, you need to answer these questions;

  1. What do you want the people to remember you about?
  2. How do you make them remember your brand name and what you’re offering?
  3. How do you make them remember your brand name first when they are thinking of buying something that you have?
  4. Why must they buy from you and not the other person or brand?

If you look at these questions deeply, you will find that these questions do not have a straightforward answer.

Yet, many SMEs think their brands are immortal. They decided to skip the process altogether and just go out there selling stuff. After months trying, their effort becomes a complete failure. No paid customers secured, none. Then only they realised that they made a mistake, and decided to come back to the drawing table to look for answers. This sort of mistake is not only a waste of time but expensive too. Imagine what they can achieve if they could just stay calm, take a deep breath and work on the answers first.
