Etika Group Wins Asia’s Best Employer Brand Awards 2019-2020

The awards showcase successful employer branding initiatives and recruiting programmes by organizations that demonstrate proven calibre and stellar HR strategies in the HR space.

Etika Group of Companies (Etika) has won the Asia’s Best Employer Brand Awards 2019-2020 at the Employer Branding Awards 2019 held recently in Pan Pacific, Singapore.

One of Malaysia’s leading drink distributors, Etika Sdn Bhd is the official bottler for PepsiCo in Malaysia. Etika markets and distributes some of PepsiCo’s global brands such as Pepsi, Tropicana, Mountain Dew, Revive Isotonic,  Mirinda, 7UP, Lipton Ice Tea, MUG, Gatorade, Sting and Evervess, as well as Kickapoo (a Monarch trademark) and its own range of products which include , WONDA Coffee, Goodday Milk, Calpis, Dairy Champ, Chill Asian Drinks and Bleu.

This is the second year running that Etika has been recognized for its Employer Branding initiatives. Etika also clinched the Best Employee Referral Program 2019 – 2020 at the same event. Those combined achievements are a true recognition of the company’s people, who are their best assets. It also acknowledges that Etika is a great place to work and the company owes its successes to great teams and talents.

The Employer Branding Awards Asia is hosted by the World HRD Congress and Stars of The Industry Group, in strategic partnership with CHRO-Asia and World Federation of Human Resources Professionals. The awards showcase successful employer branding initiatives and recruiting programmes by organizations that demonstrate proven calibre and stellar HR strategies in the HR space.
