COVID-19 has had an immense impact on the global travel and tourism sector, including in ASEAN where tourism is a key economic and GDP contributor, and a source of revenue for many small businesses.  Even after restrictions on movement and travel will be lifted, heightened safety measures and protocols will be implemented by all nations.

Though the travel sector is already adapting to these measures, there is also a need to analyze the multitude of data out there to better understand the trends coming up and how the tourism industry can prepare for the new world and gear up to meet new consumer needs.
