The Impossible Quesadilla taps into Tex-Mex signature Wing Zone flavours such as the Buffalo Bliss, Garlic Parm, Smoking Q, and Liquid Gold to feature savoury ground Impossible Burger, melted mozzarella cheese, and diced tomatoes nestled between a flat grill toasted tortilla.

WHO
Demand for plant-based meat has steadily increased amongst consumers in Singapore since the nationwide launch of Impossible Foods in March 2019. The Silicon Valley-based company’s flagship product, Impossible Burger, is now available across a variety of cuisines in nearly 500 restaurants across the island. While enjoying Wing Zone’s Impossible creations, consumers can appreciate the low carbon footprint of a plant-based diet. A 113g serving size of Impossible Foods’ meat, made from plants, uses 96% less land, 87% less water and 89% less greenhouse gasses compared to ground beef from a cow. This means a saving of 7 square meters of land, 3 kg of CO2, and 84 litres of water for each serving consumed. Impossible Foods’ plant-based meat rivals ground beef from cows for taste, nutrition and versatility and contains no animal hormones or antibiotics.

Headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, Wing Zone is an American casual dining and Halal Certified restaurant renowned for their Buffalo Wings, Classic Burgers and Chicken Tenders flavour fuzed to perfection in Wing Zone’s 15 unique and award winning signature flavours. The launch of the new Impossible Burger and Impossible Quesadilla marks their first foray into plant-based meat in Singapore. Wing Zone caters to the customer’s unique taste buds through its customisable menu and offers a wide range of entrees cooked to order in under eight minutes.
