Silvia Quintella is an entrepreneur, small business owner, and a CTI-certified personal life coach. Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) is an industry-recognized life coaching program that approaches all human beings as creative, resourceful, and whole. With a bachelor’s degree in international business, Silvia immigrated from Brazil to the U.S. at 32 years old carrying one large luggage and her soul. Sixteen years later she looks back at her many struggles and she is incredibly grateful for the successful, prosperous life and career she has built from scratch.
