Dr. Barbara’s international experience in cross-cultural communication and effective relationship building gives her a distinctive perspective on personal, interpersonal and group dynamics. She believes results are attained through effective relationships and powerful conversations, hence she focuses her work on people’s skills development and transformational leadership. She holds a Ph.D. in Ontology from The University of Hong Kong, a Masters in Counseling (CBT) from Monash University (Australia), and a Post-graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management and Organization from LUISS Business School, (Italy).

She is a member of the Leadership Development Faculty for the Asia Pacific Region at a top global financial institution, and a visiting professor at SFU, Beedie School of Business (Vancouver, Canada), where she teaches Negotiation and Conflict Resolution at the MBA program. Globally, Barbara has partnered with executives, CEO, entrepreneurs, members of family offices, young talents, to help them make key paradigm shifts and breakthroughs so that they can effectively create large scale changes in society and the world.

Barbara is also passionate about changing the conversation about women, diversity and inclusion, to one that inspires gender and intergenerational collaboration.
