Daniel’s recent venture involves developing a digital sleep assistant for regenerative rest and optimum consciousness by accurately tracking the stages of sleep and providing real-time interventions using sound, light and temperature. By applying 10 years of novel sleep research on wearable technology and machine learning algorithms, the assistant seeks to solve one of our age’s most important healthcare problems affecting billions of people around the world – poor sleep health. The assistant not only provides direct interventions on a nightly basis, but connects consumers with coaches, clinicians, and corporate wellness programs by sharing their personalized sleep data and unique needs.
