TikTok, the leading destination for short-form mobile videos, has introduced its first-party solution, Lead Generation, to help businesses reach engaged customers and drive conversion with ease. Businesses can now share details of their products and services that’s related, appealing, and interesting to their customers with a few simple taps.

Adding on to the current marketing solutions, TikTok’s Lead Generation helps advertisers create an engaging and user-friendly experience for their potential customers with seamless, fast-loading forms that accelerate conversions. Lead Generation starts by making it easy for users to fill out a form and provide their information such as names, emails and phone numbers in order to signal their interest in that particular product or service.

Additionally, basic information that users provide to TikTok can be automatically populated for a seamless experience between the business and user. To further aid business storytelling initiatives, TikTok’s Lead Generation also enables businesses to create fully customisable messages that can be personalised to be relevant to multiple customer segments. Leads can then be downloaded manually or, if integrated with a business’ CRM, immediately activated. For businesses on TikTok, the information in these forms is vital to ensure that they are reaching interested customers in a respectable way.

TikTok’s newest Lead Generation feature gives businesses yet another way to connect with the customers they care about and be part of the culture, while growing their customer base and drive revenue impact through immersive, vertical, short-form video formats. To ensure users are in control of their data privacy, privacy notices will be displayed to inform users that their information will be collected and will only be accessible by the advertiser. Users can edit their information on the form or click to exit out of the form at any time.

“We want to support and empower businesses on TikTok with seamless opportunities to connect deeply with their customers while ensuring that our community feels comfortable and safe on the platform. This is of the utmost importance to us. As such, we’re constantly building upon our platform, policies, and suite of ad products to empower businesses to tell their story while safeguarding the information of our community and securing our platform and user’s data.

We’re excited to bring TikTok’s Lead Generation to businesses globally to support their many endeavors to reach, connect, and engage with their customers in a simple, seamless way,” said Sameer Singh, TikTok Head of Global Business Solutions, Southeast Asia.  TikTok is available for free on iOS and Android via the Apple Store, Google Play Store and Huawei AppGallery.
