This collaboration will provide an elite, world-class leadership development program tailored for FWD’s top agency leaders, aimed at enhancing their professional capabilities and advancing their impact in Asia’s insurance sector.
The FWD Elite Signature program, initially launched in 2019, has already paved the way for 100 FWD agency leaders to gain professional acumen from INSEAD, a premier global graduate business school. In its upcoming phase, the program will serve an additional 100 leaders from the Philippines, Cambodia, Hong Kong SAR, Indonesia, Macau SAR, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam.

One of the program’s unique highlights is a five-day residential training at INSEAD’s Fontainebleau campus in France. Here, participants engage in interactive sessions on leadership, entrepreneurship, business planning, and sales management, with a special focus on emerging AI developments. After the on-campus immersion, participants are further supported with six months of professional coaching and access to an exclusive alumni network that offers masterclasses and networking events.
