M&C Saatchi Performance, the worldwide performance marketing agency, has announced a significant leadership transition. Kabeer Chaudhary, the managing director for APAC, will step up as the new global chief executive officer. He takes over the reins from James Hilton, the founding CEO of M&C Saatchi Performance, who will continue his association with the agency as chairman.
Kabeer Chaudhary, who joined the M&C Saatchi Performance team in 2015, has held the position of managing director APAC for the past two years. His exemplary leadership has been instrumental in strengthening the agency’s foothold in the region, successfully onboarding clients from diverse verticals, as stated in the company’s announcement.

Chaudhary will remain based in Singapore for his new global remit. His primary responsibilities include managing the agency’s operations across the diverse geographies of APAC, the Middle East, Europe, and the U.S. Working closely with the global leadership and country heads, Chaudhary aims to further evolve the agency’s global proposition.
Hilton, to whom Chaudhary will report, applauded the appointment, praising Chaudhary as a dynamic leader with a clear vision for the agency’s future. “In his eight years at M&C Saatchi Performance, Chaudhary has earned trust and recognition from both our team and clients, taking our APAC business to new heights and driving operational excellence,” Hilton expressed. He commended Chaudhary’s expertise in digital marketing and his unique ability to prioritise people.
Before his stint at M&C Saatchi Performance in 2015, Chaudhary served as a senior account manager at Mobext (Havas Group) following his tenure as its key account manager. His previous roles include various positions at Endemol, including commercial senior manager, commercial manager, and commercial executive.
Last year witnessed substantial growth for M&C Saatchi Performance, with new business victories including Asana, ASICS, Julo, Noice, and Jobstreet. This growth facilitated the establishment of new roles and saw the promotion of Melissa Yikas to the role of country director Singapore, and Roshat Adnani to managing partner APAC.
Kabeer Chaudhary will continue to oversee the APAC operations until a suitable replacement steps into his former role.
