Adobe Summit 2023, which is the biggest digital experience conference in the world, was created to launch a number of new features in Adobe Experience Cloud and Adobe Creative Cloud. Adobe announced new Adobe Sensei GenAI services that will connect Experience Cloud and Creative Cloud to make it easier to create, deliver, and measure content. The company also released Adobe Firefly, which is a new set of creative AI models that will first focus on creating images and text effects. Additionally, Adobe unveiled new generative AI innovations across the Adobe Experience Cloud and announced Adobe Product Analytics and a reimagined content management solution for marketing professionals.
To enable anyone in an organisation to create and iterate on content rapidly, Adobe also introduced Adobe Express for Enterprise, democratising creative development at an enterprise scale. In order to address the expanding demand for content in a shorter amount of time, Adobe also unveiled the first comprehensive Content Supply Chain solution in the world, combining well-known technologies for organising, producing, reviewing, and distributing creative assets.

This lets B2B industry leaders like Amazon Web Services, Cisco, IBM, Microsoft, Qualcomm, and Splunk do highly personalised marketing. Adobe Sensei GenAI services in Adobe Experience Cloud will change how businesses provide customer experiences by using different large language models, such as Microsoft Azure OpenAI and FLAN-T5 in Adobe Experience Platform, depending on the needs of each business. A new group of creative AI models called Adobe Firefly will assist marketing and creative teams in developing fresh content-driven processes and applications for Adobe Experience Cloud, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Adobe Document Cloud.
At the summit, Adobe also revealed new Adobe Product Analytics in Adobe Experience Cloud, which will revolutionise the field of product analytics by facilitating cross-organizational cooperation and offering a unified perspective of the consumer. With the introduction of Adobe Experience Manager, teams can now quickly update company websites and mobile apps using well-known word editing or spreadsheet programmes. Adobe Sensei AI examines how various content characteristics affect performance among diverse audiences and suggests improvements that will be more persuasive to viewers.
