What kind of mental prowess do we need to make India a 5 trillion economy? Who could lead India to its journey to become an economic powerhouse? How many thought leaders and entrepreneurs would India need for such a transformation in our economic landscape?
One million thought leaders are what it takes to transform the future of the Indian education system and lead India into a transformed world. The leaders of the future need to be equipped with the right set of skills to revolutionize the system. School students need a transformative program developed and designed by successful entrepreneurs to fill the existing gap. Several states have taken initiatives to rope in successful thought leaders and innovators to inculcate entrepreneurship in school students. Initiatives of governments and innovators paved the way to set a first of its kind Innovation Hub (InnoHub) in the schools of the country.
To promote entrepreneurship culture in the country among students from both urban and rural areas, a start-up embarks on a journey to promote entrepreneurial culture in schools with first of its kind assistive E-cell innovation hubs. Kidzpreneur- a startup with a transformative program- has developed this unique assistive E-Cell Innovation Hubs (InnoHub) to promote entrepreneurial culture in schools in alignment with the provisions and vision unveiled under New Education Policy (NEP2020).
Founders of Kidzpreneur Education have started the journey to assist students with innovative upskilling and immersive learning starting at the school level to create entrepreneurs of tomorrow. The InnoHub has started functioning in schools located in states such as Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and Delhi.
The InnoHub aims to encourage students to create new ideas with help of industry experts, facilitate entrepreneurship to commercialise concepts to ideas followed by businesses based on them, and cultural and social exchange for growth and learning.
“InnoHub is an incubator of creative ideas where every perspective is understood and refined with the right skill to nurture bright ideas and solutions for the problems of a changing world. The E-Cell innovation hub will function as a center for students to share and work on their entrepreneurial ideas, create prototypes, get feedback and learn in-depth about entrepreneurial skills,” said Mr. Shishir Miglani, Founder, Kidzpreneur.
Highlighting the functional aspects of E-Cell Innovation Hubs, Ms. Swarali Marathe, Co-Founder, Kidzpreneur, added, “The hubs promote leadership skills and for this, students are empowered to take up responsibilities and participate in the Innovation Hub functions of building the vision and help define the path, have a commitment to the purpose and create a viable ecosystem.”
The four key dimensions of an innovation hub include voluntary and self-directed collaborative community, Immersive self-governed simulation of the real world, heterogeneous membership, physical and digital spaces designed to promote creative, collaborative work and facilitate a culture of global entrepreneurship.
Innovation Hubs are not just for students though for teachers alike and we focus strongly on Mental Wellness to keep every stakeholder engaged yet mentally positive and healthy for the holistic success of the program. An innovative and self-governed system and process ensure the students get practical exposure to the world outside and are working in a secure environment to solve real world problems backed by ecosystem support and seed funding of the Kidzpreneur Fund.
About Kidzpreneur
Kidzpreneur is a transformative program and brainchild of highly successful entrepreneurs and leaders of their field. It firmly believes entrepreneurship is not “taught”, though an attitude that is crafted and built into a habit. Its program does precisely the same, Kidzpreneur believes every child is unique and uses his brain in his unique ways. Hence, it doesn’t attempt to alter its patterns, it doesn’t change your kid’s way of thinking; Kidzpreneur provides them structured thinking blocks and a design thinking basis that ensures they solve in an enterprising and articulate way.
Its out of the box initiatives engage students to think, create and empower them with practical skills to succeed. The program focuses on sharing ideas, team building, validation tools, investments & negotiation soft skills. The goal is to catch them young and lead them towards analytical and logical thinking while executing their ideas.
Founders aim to support selective smart ideas that show promise for business aptitude by investing real money and give the founders(s) practical exposure with the financial freedom to execute under our ‘fail to learn’ program.
