Andy See is the Founder and Managing Director of Perspective Strategies, a strategic communications and issues management consultancy. Currently the President of the Public Relations and Communications Association of Malaysia (PRCA Malaysia), he is also on the Executive Committee of Public Relations Global Network (PRGN), serving as Secretary and Regional Vice-President for Asia Pacific (APAC).
