Read, a seasoned executive with more than 20 years of experience in the financial services sector, joined Citibank in 2017 as the head of sales and distribution for 17 markets in Asia Pacific and Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. He was in charge of managing the sales productivity for the Citi Priority, Citigold, and CPC divisions in this position. Additionally, he spearheaded the digitisation and transformation of the bank’s branch network.
Impressive Track Record
Prior to his stint at Citibank, Read held several senior positions in sales and distribution, operations, compliance, and country leadership at leading financial firms such as ANZ and GE Capital. He has an impressive track record of driving business growth and transforming operational processes.
