Deepali Naair has recently been appointed as the Group CMO of CK Birla Group. Before joining the company, she had spent more than four and a half years at IBM India, where she served as Director of Marketing, India and South Asia. Later, she was promoted to the position of Director of Bengaluru Digital Sales Centre and Digital Sales Centre Growth (JAPAC) in February 2022.
At IBM India, Naair had the responsibility of overseeing brand, product & performance marketing across all sectors. She also contributed significantly to pipeline creation & management and sales in countries such as India, Nepal, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.

Before joining IBM India, Naair held the post of Chief Marketing & Digital Officer at IIFL Investment Managers for a couple of years & Chief Marketing Officer at Mahindra Holidays and Resorts India for over two years. She has extensive experience in the marketing & branding field, having held roles at a range of renowned companies such as L&T General Insurance Company, HSBC Asset Management India, EMM Group, Marico, FCB Ulka Advertising, BPL Mobile Communications and Tata Motors.
As the Group CMO at CK Birla Group, Naair will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s marketing and branding strategies. She will be tasked with driving growth and enhancing the group’s reputation in the market. Naair’s extensive experience in marketing, branding, and sales will be instrumental in helping CK Birla Group achieve its business objectives and expand its presence in the industry.
