The partnership will result in a new line of wellness-focused massage chairs, marking an expansion of CUCKOO’s healthy living pillar and commitment to healthier living advocacy.
The strategic alliance will allow CUCKOO to leverage the strength of leading local brands like OGAWA Malaysia, renowned for promoting wellness. The collaboration’s inaugural product, the CUCKOO BESPOKE Massage Chair, was launched with the aim to make wellness more accessible for everyone. The innovative product is expected to assist over 200,000 Malaysian households in their wellness journey over the next three years.

Designed to deliver personalized massage therapy, the CUCKOO BESPOKE massage chair incorporates OGAWA Malaysia’s innovative wellness technologies. It features 45-degree thermotherapy, 11 massage techniques, and six massage programs, among other features, delivering a tailored wellness experience to users.
Hoe emphasized that this strategic partnership represents an extension of their commitment to offer innovative home living solutions that inspire better living, beyond their current range of healthy appliances.
This collaboration comes on the heels of another notable partnership in the Malaysian retail scene, where 7-Eleven Malaysia has teamed up with Ant Group, the operator of Alipay+, to extend Alipay+ coverage to all 7-Eleven stores in Malaysia. Facilitated by Razer Merchant Services (RMS), the business-to-business arm of Razer Fintech, this move aims to streamline the digital transformation of local businesses.
Lee Li Meng, the CEO of Razer Fintech, spoke about the potential of the partnership to empower 7-Eleven and improve customer experiences by providing convenient payment solutions for locals and tourists.
