Didi Pirinyuang, a founding member and executive creative director at Ensemble Worldwide Malaysia, will be stepping down from her role. Pirinyuang, who has been with the company since 2017, has been a vital force in driving the company’s creative vision. However, the company is well-prepared to continue its exceptional creative leadership with its newly appointed creative directors.
New Creative Leadership
Stanley Clement, CEO of Mediabrands Content Studio (MBCS), has announced that although Pirinyuang will be missed, MBCS’ and Ensemble’s creative leadership is in good hands. The new creative directors, along with their respective client leads, are collaborating to ensure that clients receive the same level of exceptional delivery. The appointed creative directors are supported by consultant ECD Mun Tuck Wai and ECD Kevin Le. Both Wai and Le have been with the agency for over seven years and possess significant experience and expertise in guiding and directing creative talent across all areas of the agency.
Ensemble’s First Steps
Ensemble Worldwide Malaysia was founded as a way to explore new creative boundaries and build agile, data-driven, technology-savvy brand stories. Pirinyuang was a key part of pushing this vision forward and making the agency one of the most creative and innovative in its field.
Pirinyuang’s Role
Pirinyuang assumed the role of ECD in 2020, replacing Chan Woei Hern, who left the company to join VMLY&R Commerce. Chan has since moved on to Vayner Media as their new head of creative for the APAC region, taking over from VJ Anand, who now holds a global and EMEA creative mandate in the agency’s London office.
