Kidzprenuer is the brainchild of highly successful entrepreneurs conceived with the thought to enhance entrepreneurial skills for young minds and boost their knowledge to have a flag of victory for their planned future as an entrepreneur.
Kidpreneur Education Private Limited initiated its endeavour barely a year ago and since then there has been no looking back. What had started as upskilling of students in underprivileged schools and providing them access to real-life skills turned highly fruitful as Kidzprenuer was able to generate 2 student ideas and convert them into business ideas. Since the whole idea was focused on kids and entrepreneurship, Kidzpreneur was found to be the apt name for it and hence Kidzpreneur was born on 22nd Feb, 21.
Sharing his thoughts behind the idea, Mr Shishir Miglani, Visionary & Founder, Kidzprenuer said, “We aim to create over a million thought leaders who are empowered enough to change the face of the world.” Kidzprenuer believes that as a developing country, we have a competitive education space, and post-Corona a lot of courses and companies have grown up to offer multiple life skills to students. While there remain certain differences – some of the similar work partners include ReSkill, Clever Harvey, Harappa Education, etc. However, Kidzpreneur continues to stay ahead of the curve while being completely focused on its offerings in the clutter owing to its experience of working with multiple government agencies.
Swarali Marathe, Co-founder, Kidzprenuer says “Our aim is to bring 21st-century skills along with new career skills into mainstream education. Our focus is to provide curated, unique, immersive learning experiences to the students via initiatives like Innovation Hubs, which are hugely successful with parents, students, and teachers alike.”
The one-of-its-kind start-up has developed multiple channels of reaching out to students including B2B – where they work with schools on concepts like Innovation Hub that work even closer with students. The second is B2C, in which they work in real-time with students who have opted for their online flagship programs. In addition, Kidzpreneur offers a range of short-term programs to choose from for video-based and video conferencing-based learning. Furthermore, the start-up works with various governments to reach out to students and benefit them with their exclusive learning programs. Two of their flagship programs – iCXO and iFounder offer a comprehensive immersive learning experience both in-person and online and are very popular amongst students.
While providing these facilities, Kidzpreneur has touched more than 70 schools and coached over 5000 students from various states viz Delhi, UP, Uttarakhand to name a few. Our unique concept of Innovation Hub is part of schools’ setup where we work closely with stakeholders while allowing students to lead the initiative.
Kidzpreneur provides the necessary skills along with an immersive learning experience to students besides investing in their ideas to help these concepts see the light of the day. They firmly believe that skilling holds meaning only when it is experiential. That’s where Kidzpreneur stands out amongst its peers.
Being technologists themselves, founders have firm faith in technology and the critical role it plays in scaling up the business. They have been one of the early adopters of live class learnings and their B2C foray has created the possibility of learnings to be converted into the most affordable learning capsules for students.
Kidzpreneur aims to reach out to over 500 schools in this financial year and have at least 50 Innovation Hub setups that will work closely with schools to change the entrepreneurial landscape of modern education. NEP initiatives by GoI have further strengthened their conviction and made them more confident on their way forward.

Shishir Miglani, the Founder of Kidzprenuer is a serial entrepreneur and technology proponent who believes that technology will touch our lives in ways never thought before. He has executed some challenging technology solutions for government and enterprises alike. He brings a vision to transform the education sector in more ways than one and Kidzpreneur is the first step towards this goal. With the aim to infuse conscious thinking in children who grow up to be responsible thought leaders and have an attitude to solve problems, Shishir strives to make Kidzpreneur reach the zenith of success.
Swarali Marathe, Co-Founder of Kidzpreneur is also working towards the betterment of these students. She has 11+ years of progressive facilitation and training experience augmented by a strong background in Psychology, Training and Development, People Management, Progress Improvement. Swarali has been able to challenge and guide people through team building, theatre intervention, storytelling, and employee engagement programs. She is a certified Life Skills trainer and a storyteller as well.
