The MAX NETWORK, a conglomerate that includes MAXMEDIALAB, MAXCONNECTORS, and MAXCo.LAB, has ushered in a fresh chapter with the induction of Esther Pedersen as the Head of Ideation & Communications at MAXMEDIALAB. This pivotal appointment took effect on Monday, 18th September.

Pedersen’s Illustrious Journey
With a career spanning over 20 years, Pedersen’s accomplishments are nothing short of remarkable. Her recent role as the Head of Communications at CAMILLA saw her at the helm of groundbreaking global campaigns. These include the integration with HBO’s White Lotus, the spotlight at Miami Swim Week, the PR unveiling of the CAMILLA x Disney collection, and a myriad of events for Sydney World Pride.
Before her stint at CAMILLA, Pedersen’s extensive tenure at the full-service agency, Hyland, honed her expertise in brand development. Starting as a Media lead and later transitioning to the General Manager – Content & Creative, she acquired a deep understanding of brand cultivation, intricate demographics, comprehensive planning across various channels, and strategic publicity collaborations.
Her portfolio boasts collaborations with renowned brands such as Dyson, Sydney Airport, Coty Luxury (including names like Gucci, Tiffany & Co., and Marc Jacobs), Consumer brands (like Rimmel and Covergirl), Etihad, KitchenAid, Lilydale, and many more.
