In a move poised to revolutionize patient experience, SingHealth has enlisted the expertise of Publicis Groupe’s Singaporean subsidiaries, Digitas and Razorfish, to overhaul its websites.
The ambitious revamp endeavors to magnify SingHealth’s patient-centric digital approach across its entire web portfolio, amplifying the user journey through advanced digital infrastructure that paves the way for personalization. This move follows a meticulous selection process that eventually landed on Digitas and Razorfish.
Publicis Groupe’s Digitas and Razorfish will collaborate with SingHealth to formulate a far-reaching digital blueprint that aligns with the healthcare organization’s goal of delivering comprehensive patient care services.
The agencies’ remit involves crafting a fresh parent website and moving individual establishment websites to the robust Adobe experience manager platform.
SingHealth’s Deputy Group Chief Communications Officer, Kathryn Ng, stated, “As our websites often serve as the initial point of contact with the public, our ambition is to design an accessible, bespoke digital experience for our patients, caregivers, and the public. This would make the journey through SingHealth’s network of hospitals, specialty centers, and polyclinics more straightforward.”

Ng further highlighted plans to bolster the websites into a potent resource for medical information, with HealthXchange.sg aiming to become an even more immersive and interactive platform to empower individuals to manage their health better.
Razorfish’s Senior Vice President, Rakesh Bhandari, emphasized the transformative power of design, data, and technology in shaping a user-focused healthcare system. The fusion of these elements, he suggested, could result in an effortless, intuitive, and elevated digital experience for SingHealth’s patients.
