Singapore-based digital agency, GERMS Digital, is strengthening its leadership team with the addition of two distinguished creative leads, according to a recent statement. Tattoo Yar steps into the role of Creative Director, and Tang Wai Hoong joins as Associate Creative Director. Together, Yar and Tang boast nearly 50 years of professional experience and expertise, and their shared mission is to enhance GERMS’ creative output and identify new avenues for business expansion.
Yar, a decorated creative leader, brings over 19 years of experience in both traditional and digital creative work from his time at TBWA Singapore. He has an impressive portfolio, having worked with top-tier brands such as P&G VICKS, Oral-B, Singapore Airlines, Standard Chartered, Manulife, and AXA.

Tang, on the other hand, was previously a regional creative lead for GrowthOps, operating across Kuala Lumpur and Singapore. He possesses a solid track record of crafting successful, virally share-worthy digital campaigns. His extensive 20-year tenure in the industry has allowed him to collaborate with a diverse set of brands including HSBC, DBS, POSB, Toyota, Lexus, Ford, Mercedes, MINI, Maxis, DiGi, Celcom, Mead Johnson, Anmum, and Tiger Beer.
