SINGAPORE, 1 AUG, 2023 – In a strategic move set to redefine user experiences in Singapore, Deliveroo and Gojek announce a long-term collaboration aimed at providing increased value to consumers and driving cross-platform synergies.
Catalysing Rewards and Savings Across Platforms
This all-encompassing collaboration ushers in extensive benefits and savings for both Deliveroo and Gojek users. The two giants will also kickstart joint initiatives geared towards cultivating customer loyalty and creating higher earning potential for their driver-partners and delivery riders. This partnership also lays the groundwork for exploring deeper alignments and collaborations, notably in the realms of community engagement and sustainability.
In the face of a challenging economic environment and escalating costs, the two companies are striving to provide additional benefits to consumers while also supporting their drivers, riders and merchant partners in Singapore.
Lien Choong Luen, General Manager of Gojek Singapore, asserted, “As two of the leading providers in on-demand services, joining forces with Deliveroo makes a lot of sense for us. By collaborating across ride-hailing and food delivery services, not only are we able to bring additional value and exciting new benefits to customers, but this partnership will also help to provide increased earnings opportunities for our driver-partners. Ensuring that they can build a sustainable livelihood on our platform will always be a priority for us, and collaborating with like-minded partners, such as Deliveroo, has an important role to play in helping us to achieve that goal.”
He added, “This long-term partnership is just the start and we look forward to working closely with Deliveroo to drive greater convenience and meet the changing needs of all our users across Singapore.”
