Nadilo emphasized her commitment to building a positive culture and work environment, saying, “If our people go home every day knowing they are empowered in the projects they are working on and how they contribute to the agency – the best work will follow.”
Nadilo’s customer-centric focus will also be crucial as she seeks to ensure that Iris is seen as a genuine partner, delivering long-term outcomes for brands by adding value beyond the brief.
A strong advocate for inclusive work culture, Nadilo has championed several allyship initiatives, promoting a flexible, supportive workplace that helps employees give their best. Through such initiatives, she aims to foster a progressive culture built on flexibility, accountability, and achievement.
Nadilo will also be responsible for strengthening Iris’s social capabilities. She will spearhead the launch of a new cultural content proposition, ‘Iris Inc,’ designed to bridge the gap between social specialists and traditional agency models. Leveraging the burgeoning creator economy, ‘Iris Inc’ will integrate in-house talent and a global network of creators to deliver innovative solutions for clients.
Ian Millner, the chair and co-founder at Iris, expressed his excitement about Nadilo’s appointment, citing her as a modern and inspiring leader who can place socially driven participation at the core of Iris’ business strategy.
In another key appointment, Iris Singapore recently welcomed Khoon Kiat Liong as its new creative director and head of art. Liong, who was previously at Publicis Singapore, will report to Cristina Sanchez, the executive creative director at Iris Singapore.
