Lalamove recently launched its new integrated marketing campaign, titled “Deliver Possibilities Faster.” Creating a statement to rally businesses together during the recent pandemic, Lalamove is bringing this idea to life by supporting local economies with its fast and reliable on-demand delivery platform.
During the peak of Covid-19, Lalamove first engaged with the idea of “Deliver Possibilities Faster” by implementing its Deliver Care CSR initiative to support local communities by providing free delivery services to NGOs.
At this time, a surge in demand from small businesses was met with Lalamove’s approach to digitize their operations. This proved to be an integral step for SMEs to build a scalable foundation for short and long-term growth. In today’s market, a digitized delivery service is an important part of meeting consumers’ expectations for fast and transparent delivery. Therefore, to speak to those who need Lalamove’s services, Saatchi & Saatchi Hong Kong further helped the brand roll out its brand idea around different APAC markets.
Hand-drawn illustrations featuring each city’s iconic skylines and landmarks form the backdrop to the new advertising campaign, while a fleet of Lalamove vehicles are positioned to help small business owners with deliveries, letting them know Lalamove is just a few taps away.
The out-of-home campaign will be supported by press and social media. The ads will be featured on a number of different touch points across APAC including billboards, vehicle wraps, and LED displays. Further offline promotion will be carried out at key locations targeting SME customers including markets and public transportation locations servicing industrial parks and districts.
Alex Kwan, Director of Global Marketing of Lalamove, states, “Nowadays, the market is ever-changing and always unpredictable. Therefore, it’s more important than ever to show how Lalamove is always on hand to help small businesses. We are here to provide full support to SMEs to enable them to react faster and grasp more opportunities. Knowing that SMEs are the lifeblood of economies, especially for markets where SMEs make up over 90% of all businesses, this in turn helps the macro-environment. Since many SMEs struggle to build in-house a fast and reliable delivery service, we are here to show and tell them that we can help them deliver possibilities faster.”
“To act fast and dynamically has become the new normal. But what’s as important is to have an idea that speaks to our audience in this time of need. It was essential for us to execute and launch a regional campaign across 8 Asia Pacific markets with differing degrees of development. This one single theme not only shared market insights, but also became an easy-to-adapt format for the brand across different locations.” Alexis Chiu, Group Managing Director of Saatchi & Saatchi Hong Kong.
