Illac Diaz is a social entrepreneur and his NGO Liter of Light has already helped over 382,000 Filipinos, and more than a million people throughout the world to get out of energy poverty.
His organization is already within 32 countries and he is the Official Representative of the Philippines at the World Expo next year.
