L’Oréal has appointed Lau Sook Ping to the role of chief digital and marketing officer, Malaysia and Singapore.
She is known for her strong people leadership and coaching skills; her focus is also on advancing internal capabilities and talent pipeline.
She has been with the group for over seven years and was transformation director, Malaysia and Singapore.
In 2014, Lau joined the team as GM, luxury products division before moving on to helm the role of GM, consumer products division.

Lau carried 11 years of FMCG and beauty experience before joining L’Oréal.
She also worked for P&G for eight years, taking on roles such as country manager, Malaysia and Singapore (prestige beauty); regional brand manager, personal care; and regional assistant brand manager, fabric and home care.
L’Oréal 36 international brands are divided into four unique Divisions: Luxe, Consumer Products, Active Cosmetics, and Professional Products.
