In a move that promises to elevate the basketball experience in the Philippines, the National Basketball Association (NBA) and leading smartphone brand Vivo have announced the renewal of their multi-year marketing partnership. This collaboration not only reinstates Vivo as the official smartphone partner of the NBA in the Philippines but also expands upon their previous engagements in the country.

Previously, Vivo had been an official partner of the Jr. NBA, the league’s global youth basketball program, and NBA 3X Philippines, a popular 3-on-3 basketball tournament. The renewed partnership aims to deepen fan engagement through various interactive activities and digital platforms.
One of the highlights of this collaboration is Vivo’s role as the presenting partner for the ‘NBA All-Star Voting’ in the Philippines. This platform allows fans to actively participate in selecting the starters for the NBA All-Star Game through the NBA App and NBA.com. Furthermore, Vivo will return as an official partner of NBA 3X Philippines, presented by Mountain Dew, scheduled to take place later this year.
In addition to these initiatives, Vivo plans to launch promotions that will offer fans in the Philippines a chance to win authentic NBA merchandise and prizes. This is part of a broader strategy to engage the local community and foster a deeper connection between the brand and the world of sports.
