Prakash Kamdar, CEO of dentsu Singapore and Indonesia, expressed his delight in supporting NCS’s vision to utilize technology to enhance communities and shape society. “We have an enduring relationship with NCS that has yielded remarkable brand outcomes in the region,” Kamdar said. “With this expanded partnership, we are confident of elevating the NCS brand to new heights.”
In 2021, dentsu Singapore was chosen by NCS to launch its brand and identity campaign in the region. Since then, the agency has played a pivotal role in NCS’s B2B transformation journey, leading the end-to-end delivery of branding, creative strategy, social media, and web redevelopment, among others.
Among the many milestones of their partnership is the launch of NEXT, NCS’s digital services arm that provides clients with deep-tech capabilities and end-to-end digital services. This also included a phygital brand experience in Singapore, Australia, and the metaverse. NCS’s brand transformation campaign video, a collaborative effort with dentsu, garnered over 115 million impressions, reached 12 million viewers, and resulted in a 14% uplift in online brand sentiment.
The successful rebranding campaign earned NCS recognition at Marketing Interactive’s Marketing Excellence Awards 2022 and clinched the Best Agency-Client Partnership (silver) at Marketing Interactive’s Agency of the Year Awards 2023.
Abigail Crosby, managing director of Merkle B2B, CXM Group, dentsu Singapore, stated, “Our team provides holistic expertise and consultancy, ensuring the best brand experience across all client touchpoints. We are thrilled to renew our partnership with NCS.”
