Prohaska Consulting, the world’s leading programmatic consulting firm, has announced that marketing and media veteran Nikki Hawke will join the company as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and Global Vice President, Marketer & Agency Strategy. In this newly created role, Nikki will join the executive leadership team and report to CEO, Matt Prohaska.
In this role, Nikki will be responsible for driving global growth for Prohaska Consulting, empowering brands and agencies with best in class data and programmatic consulting to enable digital transformation around Technology, Targets and Talent. Additionally, she will be responsible for opening the Canadian arm for the firm in Toronto, Canada.

Nikki most recently held the role of Director of Marketing in the Home Equity Finance division of the Royal Bank of Canada (RBC). Prior to joining RBC, she led a cross-functional team as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at The Exchange Lab (acquired by GroupM/WPP in 2015), one of the pioneers of programmatic marketing.
Previously in her career, Nikki led top-tier strategic marketing and programmatic campaigns working with globally recognized brands that include GM, Corus Entertainment, Showtime, KFC, Mike’s Hard Lemonade and Taco Bell. She has served on the Canadian Marketing Association’s Brand Strategy Council and has been on the board of many philanthropic endeavours including as the Marketing Chair for the Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation’s Breast Restoration Program. Hawke holds a Master of Arts (MA) from The New School in New York.
