Publicis Media, a global powerhouse in the media industry, has revealed two significant appointments to head Adobe’s media accounts. Minsun Collier will oversee the APAC region from her base in Sydney, while Matthew Mills will take the reins in Japan, operating from Tokyo.
Major Move Following Extensive Review
In March 2023, after an in-depth review process, Publicis Media successfully secured Adobe’s international media account across EMEA, APAC, and Japan. The two companies are set to jointly manage a newly formed global centre of excellence, designed to offer high-quality service for the account.

Harnessing Entrepreneurial Spirit for Adobe’s Growth in Japan

Experienced Leaders Head the Way
Minsun Collier, a seasoned leader and media specialist, has an impressive record in expediting business growth using digital media, data, and technology. Prior to joining Publicis Groupe, she held major roles in media agencies, including National Head of Digital and National Head of Data & Technology Acceleration.
In contrast, Matthew Mills brings with him extensive experience in media planning and investment. He has developed media models that cultivate deep customer relationships, improve brand reputation and enhance profit. Before joining Publicis, Mills had worked in various media agencies across Japan, Australia, and the UK.
