Renault Nissan Alliance and Kamarajar Port Ltd. has sign an Export Agreement for Indian-Made Automobiles. A new agreement between the Renault Nissan Alliance and Kamarajar Port Ltd (KPL) has been announced for the export of vehicles made by their Indian joint venture. Near Chennai, there is a joint venture called Renault Nissan Automotive India Pvt Ltd (RNAIPL). Frank Torres, the president of Nissan Motor India, and Sunil Paliwal, the chairman and managing director of Kamarajar Port Ltd., signed the contract. The first automaker in the area to start exporting cars through Kamarajar Port was the Renault Nissan Alliance.

The Alliance has shipped more than 1.15 million automobiles from Kamarajar Port over the past 13 years. To roughly 108 countries around the world. This new deal will help them improve their exports to India. as well as reach their recently announced long-term goals. These objectives comprise raising output and investing in R&D, introducing electric vehicles, and shifting to carbon-neutral manufacturing. A captive automotive technology and business centre that supports Renault and Nissan internationally. It is the Renault Nissan Technology & Business Centre India (RNTBCI).
In 2007, RNTBCI established its headquarters in Mahindra World City in Chennai. It employs over 8,000 people. RNTBCI was certified for ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 27001:2013 in 2019 and 2020, respectively. This new agreement with Kamarajar Port Ltd. Renault Nissan Alliance in India has announced it. It emphasizes the significance of the nation to the Alliance as a manufacturing and exporting hub. Reaffirms their commitment to growing their operations in the area.
