The well-known German enterprise software company SAP has just named Saqib Sabah as the new Managing Director of SAP Malaysia. Sabah was the Chief Operating Officer of SAP Pakistan for three years. Now, he will focus on helping Malaysian clients, partners, and communities transform their businesses in the cloud, build strong supply chains, and create sustainable business futures. Around 50 partners work with SAP Malaysia, which serves 1,500 customers across 25 industries. Sabah’s appointment is evidence of his skill and knowledge in the field.
Before he joined SAP, he started a company whose main goal was to find ways to use artificial intelligence (AI) in capital markets, agriculture, and communication networks. He also served as the managing director of Teradata Malaysia. Verena Siow, president and managing director of SAP Southeast Asia, expressed her pride in Sabah’s role in promoting meaningful change, sustainable success in the cloud, and digital inclusivity in a statement. She also emphasized how critical it is to increase national competition for all Malaysians.
