Once installed, homeowners can access real-time solar performance monitoring, track energy production trends, and gain personalised energy and fiscal saving insights — all on a single platform.
To enhance the user experience, the app also offers step-by-step customer journey tracking, which provides real-time updates on installation progress. An integrated customer support chat
ensures users receive prompt assistance with troubleshooting, maintenance, and inquiries. Additionally, a referral program allows users to share unique referral links with friends and family, earning rewards when referrals sign up for Verdant Solar’s services. By combining smart tracking, real-time insights, and seamless support, Verdant Home simplifies solar management and makes sustainable energy adoption more accessible than ever.
