“Augmented Reality Solutions for Business” is a new business unit that has been established by Snap, the parent company of Snapchat (ARES). This new division will offer Snap’s augmented reality (AR) technologies to retailers and businesses so they can incorporate them into their own apps and websites. The objective is to increase immersive experiences and user engagement. ARES aims to assist retailers by providing augmented reality shopping solutions. This will lead to an increase in sales and a decrease in the amount of merchandise returned. It will offer professional services that range from customer support to product marketing.

The first solution, called the “Shopping Suite,” is designed for retailers operating in the fashion, apparel, accessory, and home furnishings industries. Customers can virtually try on clothing, eyewear, and shoes with the help of the Shopping Suite. Customers have two options for seeing how the products would appear on their bodies. One upload a photo of themselves or participate in augmented reality experiences. Additionally, there is a tool that offers fit and sizing suggestions based on the customer’s body type and measurements. The Shopping Suite includes the Enterprise Manager Backend system. They make it easier for businesses to use Snap’s software development kits.
They are able to create augmented reality experiences and test real-time performance metrics because of this. Along with the ARES division, Snap has also unveiled a brand-new artificial intelligence (AI) chatbot for Snapchat (AI). This week, subscribers to Snapchat+ will have access to an experimental feature called “My AI” chatbot. It makes use of OpenAI’s most recent GPT technology.
