Jakarta, November 21, 2024 — Indonesia has further solidified its global standing in communication measurement and evaluation after winning two gold and one bronze medal at the prestigious AMEC Awards in London on November 7th. Bogor Agricultural University (IPB), Astra Insurance, and Maverick Indonesia were recognized for their outstanding work at the AMEC Global Communication Effectiveness Awards, elevating Indonesia’s reputation in international communication measurement. This achievement underscores Indonesia’s ability to compete and gain recognition in a world-class event.
Asuransi Astra won bronze for the Best First Steps On A Measurement Journey category, while IPB and Maverick each won gold for Best Use of Measurement For A Single Event Or Campaign and Best Evaluation On A Small Budget.
Yatri Indah Kusumastuti, Head of Communication Bureau of IPB University said it was a long journey to get them to the AMEC Awards 2024 for the IPB team. However, the team kept trying and learning to understand the concept to its implementation.
