Edtech unicorn upGrad on Thursday reported a 100 percent procurement of Harappa Education at a worth of Rs 300 crore ($38 million).
upGrad shut this exchange with present Harappa investors — Bodhi Tree Systems (a recently framed stage between Lupa Systems Founder and CEO James Murdoch and Uday Shankar, previous President of The Walt Disney Company, Asia-Pacific) and Co-originators Pramath Raj Sinha and Shreyasi Singh — all of who joined the upGrad cap table.
