Every Valentine’s Day, brands have the opportunity to make their audiences feel special. This year, Socialbakers, dove into the sea of data and took a look at the top 10 brands in Singapore which got the most “love” on Facebook. Viu Singapore, the go-to streaming platform for the latest Korean and Asian dramas and variety shows topped the list, followed by Singapore Airlines and Limited Edt

Charles Tidswell, Vice President JAPAC at Socialbakers, a thought leader in social media marketing, has shared a comment:

Brands go a long way to engage with their audience on every special occasion or holiday, and the right content can go a long way and send people’s hearts soaring. It is evident that the Korean pop culture has fuelled a global craze in Asia, rooting its popularity in the hearts of Singaporeans through social media platforms, so it comes as no surprise that Viu has topped the list and won by a landslide with short, digestible video content for Singaporeans who are constantly on-the-go.

To stay relevant and engage with audiences, brands will need to keep a finger on the pulse on current trends and consumers’ evolving content consumption habits in order to create content adjusted to their lifestyle needs.”
