What’s Important To Your People?

As a Sales Leader, what do you do to try to get through this plateau point?

One of the most difficult tasks for Sales leaders is to consistently hit targets and to motivate your sales floor to perform. Yes, $$$$$ and incentives are key drivers at times, but it may not be sustainable and eventually, when your team is already making a lot of money, it takes even more $$$$$ to motivate them at some point. 

What happens when that hot button gets stale? What happens when your team gets tired of being driven? Why do salesmen burn out? Why do they leave high paying jobs? These are the questions Sales Leaders are often faced with. As a Sales Leader, what do you do to try to get through this plateau point?
